hey, I have a question!
well, I thought I have to pay 'out-of-state' tuition, if I accepted a public university such as Berkeley, UCSD. etc.
But somebody said I have to pay more than that, I mean
he said I have to pay extra money plus 'out-of-state' tuition.
Is it true?!!! Plz tell me that's not true!

welll there's room and board, books and supplies etc..

but i'm pretty sure you don't need to pay any extra tuition

No may be....yes....check out the fee policy and structure......many colleges do have out of state high tution ......check website..finances and tution

internationals only pay the out-of-state tuition... colleges don't have out-of-country tuition or anything like that. if a college charges any additional fee to internationals, i doubt it is additional tuition

Aaron Go Ahead And See The Fee Structure For Utexas Or Purdue..,...many Are There ..which Do That Specially Public Ones...

i tried the tuition and fees calculator in purdue's website for the west lafayette campus... i used the form twice, filling in the same info both times, except one was for out-of-state applicants, and one was for internationals. interestingly, there was a $50 extra for international students. so you must be right, smartmind!
my point is, even if there IS an additional tuition fee, it's likely to be minimal. but since i haven't checked out every college, i wouldn't bet on it. i'm pretty sure nevertheless. :)

Check this...... Resident of indiana... and non resident./.,.

lol smartmind... everyone knows in-state and out-of-state fees vary significantly, in public colleges especially. what i am saying is out-of-state fees don't vary much from international fees, if at all! i think that was what ellenjh wanted to know...

u r right partially aaron..... but once again i do interupt... actually at certain places. though little .intels do pay more......... and as such other fees come into action for intels.. Not much though
