They have ceiling fans. I lived there last year. The room itself is not airconditioned but the hallway just outside of your room is. No it’s not a problem because Ithaca is cold af most of the year.
DD was comfortable in Bethe. On warm nights she left her door room open to the suite hall, which was air conditioned. This was safe because the door to their suite was kept locked.
Thanks XD So you means each room has a own ceiling fan and the corridor outside your room is air conditioned? That sounds good.
I know Ithaca is cold at most time but I don’ t know how is that during July and August as some said it is humid during summer? I think the temperature outside is cool but you know the room temperature is always higher than outside(My previous experience in Boston tell me…)
AC is nice to have during the summer in Ithaca but by no means is it necessary. I’ve lived here my whole life and my parents only got AC in our house a few years ago. If the ceiling fan isn’t enough, I would suggest maybe getting a small, cheap fan you can point directly at yourself in your room.
