High SAT; Low GPA- what's the answer?

SAT scores are high enough, 2200+, but GPA is mediocre. ECAs contain leadership programmes, internship with international agency and community service. What universities should I target? Will I even get in to any with poor GPA (poor because my GPA is nothing compared to the mean GPAs of some good universities).

What is your GPA?

Plus, I have 2 SAT Subject test scores.
700+ in Maths Level 2 and 680+ in World History.

How bad is your GPA?

@NCgirl2015‌ and @BrownStudent19‌ well it is sort of complicated because I have attended A Levels exams and am pretty much clueless about the GPAs. This is really embarrassing for I kinda don’t know what my GPA is, but I can share my A Level grades if you guys are willing to listen further. I considered my GPA to be poor because the A Level result isn’t good enough. Also, do I have to include my O Level grades in the GPA as well?

I am not really familiar with A levels or O levels so I may not be much help.

Sorry I too am unfamiliar with those exams. Wish you best of luck though.

Google is a thing. I found this in 5 seconds ;)

Edit: For some reason the link is messing up, just google “a level gpa converter” and hit the first page.

@Esat936‌ not working :(

Look at the edit
