I’m tranferring to an IB school at the start of next year.
Is anybody taking the SATs in January?

no,just psat.

zomg an actual WEEKEND. well, i have school obligations saturday sunday and monday, but NO CLASSES. FOR THREE DAYS. THAT’S TWO MORE DAYS THAN USUAL.

Why do you get a 3 day weekend? :[

Edit: Also, HALP! How can I not fail in poetry? My English class sucks.

I swear I have the hardest possible schedule AND teachers for sophomore year.

I have an A in all of my classes.

o

Soon to be C+ in Bio then B, though…

^ u taking Ap bio or just bio franticpizza?
@ibsleepy: I suck at english so even if I guve you advice, it would not help.

^ Kinda like AP Bio. My school’s part of the IGCSE program (which is for 9th-10th graders) and I’m taking that bio class. It’s AP-weighted.

Wow!That’s good!

Bump. Wassup. PSAT in a week–who’s studying? :)

Meh. I’ve been doing the SAT question of the day email they sent out for over a year now. I really don’t feel like studying. I’ll probably complete that practice exam that they sent out, though. (School requires freshman, sophomores, and juniors to take the PSAT, and they pay for the fees)

our school only pays for the sophmore but they pay for ap tests. so that makes me happy! I am so scared for the PSAT cause I haven’t even studied.:(

I was a sophomore once

Our school makes us pay :P

^haha we’re so cheap

…blah. psat’s wednesday = me failing. if i don’t get 220+ i die. yay…

Holy crap, 220?

Just wan’t at least a 180 this year and then enough for National Achievement junior year and maybe, just maybe, national merit as well.

If I get a 210, I’d be happy… but I really don’t care at this stage. :P

I’m going for a 230 this year.

The school I’m attending next semeseter doesn’t teach Spanish for sophomores, but they have a Spanish IB class… which means during the classtime when everyone else will be taking Japanese, French and so on, I’ll be self studying.
How is level of the SATs compared with PSAT?

I got a 171 last year… Meh

Trying to get 200+
