My top three (for now) are Quinnipiac, BU, and Simmons. I’m going for the physical therapy programs there. I hope I get in. They accept a small amount of students for the programs.

By the way, is anyone here going out of state? I know I’m msot likely going to.

I’m shooting for UW Madison (in state, so it’s a good deal), Yale, Macalester, or WashU. Hopefully I can get into all of them. Although, if I do, I won’t have any hair left in my scalp. I’ll end up ripping it all out from attempting to decide where to go.

lmao, I know what you mean. ^ If I get into more than 1 of my tops, I’ll die deciding where to go… Hopefully I get in to Dartmouth ED so I don’t have to decide. :P

CMU is my dream school but my parents are pressuring me to look into a special Pitt program that is apparently insanely competitive. Perhaps I’ll apply to UCB as well, but CMU is definitely the place I want to go to.

AP Chemistry
AP Lit
French 5/6
AP USH
Orchestra
AP Statistics

^ Can I get your input? Will stats hurt me on college admissions? I’d really like to get into Rice. I can’t take calculus AB, but I’m going to self study it. Will that be okay?

I’m going to lose all of my hair this year from stress, seriously … AND the October SATs! Anyone taking it?

I love Junior year so far! But I still can’t wait for the three day weekend… All of my classes are enjoyable. My Environmental class only has 11 people and my Government class only has 13-14ish people. I love the small structure of both classes because it helps me get more out of the class.

I’ve had 4-5 focused hours of APUSH a night. Plus a couple hours of AP Bio. English is brutal. So far AP Stat, AP Psych, and spanish aren’t too bad. I got an 86 on my first bio test and also I have a massive APUSH test tomorrow but I’m so sleep deprived I can barely study. I’m living off three hours of sleep and four cups of cheap coffee.

My school doesn’t start until Thursday so reading everyone’s thoughts on how hard junior year has been so far is really disheartening…I’m scared now, haha :)

This is what I get for taking the two of the hardest APs at my school in one year. Plus two more.

I mean it’s just an overwhelming amount of stuff to memorize. My brain is stuffed. And then on top of it I got the hardest English teacher whos one of those teachers who’s like “my subject is the best I love English and I’m going to make it your life” and he’s all about teaching us all this extra stuff not in the school curriculum which makes it way harder than a normal English class yet we don’t get weighted points for it or anything. At this point i wish i had taken honors and gotten a weighted B instead.

I’m so worried about all my classes. I pretty much have straight B’s a week in. This has never happened before :/

@alwaysleah: aw I’m really sorry. I hope it gets better for you. I wish you had my English teacher! He is so great, and talks a lot in class but it’s usually pretty focused, unlike my English teacher last year who would go off on random tangents all the time and nobody knew what he was talking about. I love my English teacher this year. All of my teachers are great. My French class is kind of hard though, I’m taking French IV, and my teacher basically speaks French the whole time. She’s a good teacher so I’m not complaining.

Totally feeling ya there on the ‘le prof parle Francais tout le temps’. I wish we were allowed to review grammar and vocab first, maaan. Or be more sympathetic just cause our brains are mush from three months of French-free vacation, haha
