High school class of 2016

I played Starcraft for like a year or two, but could never make masters…

Anyway, my highscore in cubefield was somewhere around 1,008,000,000.

I got my braces off this year, actually. It feels awesome!

How many of you people are dating someone right now? I’m dating a pretty, Philippine girl. :)

^The common joke at my school is that I’ll never date anyone, but idk. However, I highly doubt I’ll have a girlfriend till maybe in college, and I likely will never get married.

However, congrats Secoja!

BTW, I bet everyone is now confused about our post rampage

^thanks. I thought I would never get a girlfriend, but in high school I think the girls get less intelligent and that’s how I’ve gotten a date.

Jk.

^Lol, imagine if she read that…

But I am like the exact opposite. Like I said earlier, I literally stopped acknowledging the existence of people that I see everyday. I keep everyone at an arms length.

I justified all of that so that I could focus on college.

Yeah…

What?! High school is when you need to learn to be social too! I’m coming out of my awkward state now and learning to communicate well with others, which will be great to learn for interviews and just general conversation.
If you want to focus on college, it’s good to learn how to communicate with others, not isolate yourself.

1 billion? That is crazy. I’m gonna start working on Starcraft this summer. Hopefully I will get masters since I will be able to devote a few hours each day

Hmmm…I’m single. I’ve liked girls, had girls like me (God knows why), but it’s never been at a good time/right time.

Guy friends and female friends have told that I flirt a lot, but I don’t see it. Then I’ll go back and read text messages or analyze conversations, and be like: “Oh…I guess I was”

I’m also more comfortable with the opposite sex, cause most of the guys I know are immature or one dimensional.

@Secoja: I can talk very well. I have many friends. I just have a select group of close friends. Usually these people are debaters like me, or we did the same Spanish poetry contest [Yes, I do poetry…] or something like that. We share interests. Also, I can be affable, yet I don’t ever see the need. The people at my school are usually not worth it. However, the ones who are are unique. Here is a rundown:

National Finalist for US Geo Team [Senior though…]

A US Patent Holder, Going to Yale in the Fall [Senior though…]

Pres of Robotics, Accepted to CalTech, Going to Georgia Tech [Senior though…]

An accomplished Cubism artist

A best-selling programmer [<-Like ridiculously good. But we get in trouble a lot, because we get free computers from HP, but we spend a lot of time hacking them/with them]

A physicist [We have a daily book club where we discuss new technologies and their merits. We entered the Google Science Fair together]

A nationally ranked crew person [She does crew with the physics guy]

A foreign exchange student from Thailand

A friend from France [I make a bunch of French jokes, he’s a twin, so they’re called the French Connection. However, we are great friends]

This is just a small palate of the people I am friends with. However, usually they are an interesting person with the ability to think outside the box

@autoexec: Lol, you do know that is like the top 2% of Starcrafters!!!

You must have mad skills [and APM]

I want to meet that programmer. I’m actually a decent programmer, which started when we had to bring Ti-84 Plus calculators for math and I started programming on mine.

I’m not the high school kid who gets a girlfriend because she looks good.

I’m more introverted than most people. A while back I took some personality test and got INTJ. Only 1-4% of the population of the world has the personality.

I like talking to people about in-depth stuff, but small talk just kills me.

Lol, this guy does like 2k in code and calls it the ‘usual’.

This guy puts the universe to shame. He does professional code jams.

One of his drawing programs is getting VC money too…by the guy who helped start up Twitter…

My apm is 150. Not too high, but I learn extremely fast. Low masters is not that hard to attain, or so I have heard. It starts getting really hard near top masters though. The thing is though, only 2% of players probably practice for hours each day, and of those people, probably half of them are actually physically and mentally good enough for playing at the top level. Hard work really pays off in Starcraft. Did you ever follow the pro scene?

^Yeah I do, but I think several hours of practice during high school is insane. Meaning, being the top 2% of the world’s most popular game, while balancing a difficult schedule?

Good luck, because if you do it all, hats off to you.

Well I’m not doing it right now. That would be crazy. I have lots of football workouts and whatnot during the school year in addition to lots of classes. I’m talking about over the summer. I should have enough time after summer football workouts to play a couple hours a day. Honestly, once I achieve masters, I probably won’t play anymore. It is just a goal for myself. Once I do it, I will leave it alone and finish other things because I know that I have no chance trying to be a professional or something. That’s the same way I am for football. I’m hoping to go to an Ivy to play football, but I know that I won’t go to the NFL, so college is my final goal.

I haven’t been on here in forever o; I need to get caught up lol

^You’ve only been here since February…

@PrepQWill: I forgot what I got. I think it was like ISTP or something

Sorry for late reply, haven’t been on in a while! But I’ll be taking AP Stats and AC Math 2 next year. Then AC Math 3 junior year, and senior year, AP Calc AB.

That last post was supposed to go to @prepqwill oops
