<p>HAHA, aw I find this thread kinda cute. I’m a sophomore, sorry I’m not class of '18. It’s great that you’re thinking about HS and college already as an 8th grader… (What was I doing at that age?) But don’t get too worked up over it. Please, enjoy your childhood while you can. Seriously. </p>
<p>Your courses seem decent, I like your choice of Latin! I’m taking Latin myself. A lot of people roll their eyes at it because it’s a so-called “dead language”, but it’s really fascinating and it WILL help you with vocabulary/English. On the PSAT, I got 2 questions right that I wouldn’t have even known without Latin. </p>
<p>Tip: start getting involved in ECs right off the bat. But think quality, not quantity. Don’t aim for being a part of 8 clubs. Shoot for 5 MAX, with at least 1 leadership and devote a lot of time and effort into this. (maybe join a sport if you can) Good luck! </p>

I will do XC, and Class President (not many people run, and my bro and I are running for Pres and VP, so that should help)
In terms of Clubs, I hope I can find a few at least :l</p>
