Hi CC folks! I originally wanted to take an AP Psych course in my school but due to scheduling conflicts I'm torn between two alternatives: Sociology and AP Statistics. I would take the latter strictly for competitive purposes but I feel like taking the former course would allot more time to focus on another of my more rigorous courses, AP Chemistry. Which is the better choice? Thanks!

*Sorry not pre-med major, pre-med COURSE in college (I know there’s no specific major for pursuing medicine)

I’m currently a pre-pharm about to start sophomore year. In my opinion, take Sociology. In college, you can’t AP out of certain math or science courses. AP Chemistry was the most time consuming class at my HS, and the lack of stress from taking Sociology gave me more time to focus on my other classes.

Take AP Bio and Human Anatomy/Physiology

@smallkid9 That helps, and thanks for the good reasoning

@tigerman333 Yup, took care of that and taking Anatomy/Phys this year as well. Thank you though!
