ap english 3
IB German 3 (I am not in IB)
Pre calculus

I need to choose one more elective, but i dont know which one to choose..

Accounting 1 ( then i will be taking Accounting 2 in my senior year) (also this class will be easy for me, because accounting 1 covers the basic, which i already know)
French 1 ( then i will be taking french 2 in my senior year)
Yearbook
or Ap psychology ( my guidance counselor told me, that they are not sure, if this course will be around in my school)

which one should i choose?

I am probably going to major in Accounting
and i already finished my social studies requirement

His taking French is not his abandonment of German. There's no concern of dedication.

As a business major, and someone who started a language junior year, I can't say you'll regret taking French. I took up Latin my junior year with French as my primary language.

Um, Accounting if you're interested. But nearly everyone I know who was interested in Accounting in the beginning of my year of accounting decided against taking accounting ever again by the end... or even after two months.

I'm surprised that you only have to take Social Studies through the 10th grade level. In our public high school, everyone has to take 4 years of English and 4 years of Social Studies/History. I'd suggest taking something along the lines of a social studies class--such as Government, Economics, or another History class. It will give you additional practice on essay writing, research papers, and reading. These are all skills that you'll need to succeed in college.

AP Psychology is the only one that helps with rigor, if you're interested in top schools. They won't see you taking French I or Accounting I as challenging yourself. You have a decent course load already, don't get me wrong, but psych would help and the others wouldn't.

Even if you're not concerned about how rigorous your courseload is, though, I'd still say to take AP Psych (unless you really love languages). You'll be bored to tears in accounting if you already know the basics, colleges will probably expect to see more social studies classes than your high school demands, and psychology is really interesting. AP Psychology was by far my favorite class last year.
