Highschool fights?

Does anyone else go to a school where there's a lot of fights? I see one at least every other week and I hear about one almost everyday

Eh, not really. You hear a lot about kids being high at my school - like teachers catching kids who are baked during class or kids being caught with drugs on them. Our school is full of delinquents, but at least we aren’t violent, LOL.

this sounds ridiculous, but two years ago, the freshmen went wild… like they smoked pot in the bathroom or started fights EVERY day. that was the only year my school did “freshman lunches” and i have a feeling they’re never gonna try that again. there’s like unanimous agreement that it’s because the upperclassmen weren’t putting them in their place hahah

There has never been a fight at my high school…

Last year there were several fights. It’s a lot more than the other schools in my area.

Nah. People aren’t ambitious enough. Once in awhile someone “vandalizes” a bathroom and everyone flips out.

I’m class of '16 so I’m a sophomore, but last year there were so many fights during the school year, whether it’s on school grounds or off, and a lot of them involved freshmen in some way. There was A LOT of drama within the freshmen last year, so our class was really hated. It was so ridiculous. Also, I’d say that a lot of kids at my school are druggies and stuff, too.

Last year the freshmen at our school started a bunch of crap and there was one month where every passing period there was some fight. It was like the new fad. The majority of them just did it for attention. It was so bad that they would stage their fight somewhere that they knew a lot of people would be. Like “you’re gonna punch me exactly 45 seconds after the bell rings in front of the main stairs on the second floor”. Other than that, there’s maybe one a month in the cafeteria but other than that our school’s pretty tame.

Interesting. i get watch a lot but I’ve put a 5 person rule in place. If im close enough watch then I watch until 5 other kids pour out to watch then I get out of there. Yeah my school has a lot of druggies too. Tolerable unless they’re around me.

There are fights all the time at my school, but for some reason, I always miss them. I love walking through the hallways and seeing strands of weave all over the floor.

HAHAHAH

but at the same time ewwww

No. No one has the guts to fight on school grounds.

There were 3 last year
Most people are scared to cause of the consequences. So they schedule them off grounds.
There are a lot of “potential fights” but the administration does a crazy good job at snuffing them out.

I almost got into a fight between my friend, even though I was just passing by. He was trying to beat up another one of my friends, but the other guy calmed him down (friend #1 got all p*ssed for some reason, idk why. From wat I heard my friends were talking about something really stupid, like whether the school food was cooked).

Oh. I forgot.

There was an incident off school grounds during school hours. Two kids from my school got into a fight near the local car wash and one pulled out a gun and shot the other in the back 7 times. I believe it was over drugs. The guy didn’t die, but I believe he is permanently confined to a wheel chair. Our school went into total lock down for like 5 hours. This was last year, I believe.

One time, someone thought about having a fight.

He was suspended.

Someone once thought about punching our Principal in the face Freshman year. She then acted on this thought.

She was expelled and charged with assault.

I didn’t know that girls got into fist fights. I thought they just said mean things behind each others’ backs.

The girls at our school are really, really aggressive and violent. Part of it has to do with the fact that we live in a not-so-great gritty, urban area outside of Boston whose crime rate has steadily been on the rise for the past 10 years.

The girls at our school embody the term “ratchet.” I’m almost certain that it was a term started here and just became wildly popular.

Most of the fights last year were stupid chick fights, which was pretty much hairpulling.
