<p>Does the university of Texas at Austin offer Financial Aid for International Students ? If yes can somebody explain the procedure or the forms we have to complete ? </p>

<p>Another thing, I did not submit my Honor App, but in the Status Check it says: Received. How is that possible ? What happens if you do not apply for Honors Program ? Do they still consider your app.</p>

<p>I think you should call them about that. technical errors perhaps?? if not, then you need to resend the app (probably) When I resent my essay b/c tech error, I had to fax it to them (pain in the b***)</p>
