So I'm working on my common app essay. I talked about an experience I had as a child. Basically, the entire thing revolves around the fact that I'm an idealist. I look at things and see that there is potential to excel. I was going to relate it back to my dancing, tutoring, and daily life and how it defines me...do you think this is a good route or not? I'm just afraid that the term "idealist" might be misconstrued to mean that I'm just a major perfectionist/overachiever. Thoughts?? Ah, I'm so sick of writing essays!

Bump…please help me!!!
