hmm, in a weird situation. please help

i live in new jersey right now, but i believe my family is moving to arizona after i finish high school. i need to know a solid list of schools that would fit me, in both the east coast, and the west coast. i have a broad idea about schools on the east coast, but i have no idea about the california/arizona area. also, whats the deal with instate/out of state when im moving?

Recommend me schools to research on.

male, junior, asian (pac. islander)

didnt take sat, but a few practice tests say im gonna probably get 2000ish. i think ill crack 2100

ranked 19/512

-semi-hardest course load senior year
-semi-solid ec's- a few that show some dedication
-no real leadership positions
-i dont have a "hook"
-money is a factor, i dont want to be in a large amount of debt
-the size of the school doesnt matter to me
-possible biology/chemistry major. so if it has a good science program i guess thatll be good.
-diversity is good
-no substancial awards
-no idea about essays/recs. i think my essays will be better than my recommendations.

if you can help me out, i will gladly appreciate it.

If money is a factor and you want a good school, might I suggest Rice because its about $8,000-$10,000 less than other highly ranked colleges.

UCLA and UCB are also about the same price as Rice out of state, but are known to be stingy with aid.

Also, Princeton gives out only merit based aid so you will not leave college with a lot of loans. A few other schools only give out merit but I cant remember them now.

bump, please?

please just give me some colleges. especially west coast

Well, for financial safeties, apply to Rutgers and U Arizona- you could go to whichever would be in-state. I agree with bob*3 about Rice. Look at U. of Rochester- they give aid and are great for bio/chem. The location is not what you are looking for, though. Harvey Mudd is worth looking at, although they are expensive and not known for great financial aid.
