Hodson Trust Scholarship

Greetings dear friends,

I have been admitted under ED to Johns Hopkins, but I have not heard anything about whether or not I have received the Hodson Trust Scholarship. I am not sure if it means that I have not received this honor.

I would be very grateful for an answer to my question! :)

We notify the winners of the Hodson Trust scholarship at the time we release regular decision notifications (end of March). Admitted Early Decision students are eligible to receive the scholarship and if any are selected they will be notified at the same time as Regular Decision recipients. Do understand that only between 60-70 awards are given out to all admitted students, so competition to receive a Hodson Trust scholarship is enormous.

Admissions Daniel,

Thank You very much for your time to write me a reply. I am fully aware of the competition one has to face for the scholarship, but I have done everything to the very best of my abilities during high school and thus was courious about some details. However, as you have implied, I should not, and am not, expecting to receive it.

Have a nice day!

Did anyone receive notice of Hodson Scholarship today 3/31/2010 from Johns Hopkins??

I was notified of the Hodson Trust Scholarship in the snail mail packet on April 1. (it was a big surprise!!)

congrats!!!
