Hofstra? Pace? International Business

I am looking to transfer from St. Joseph's U, PA to a good medium sized school, in the NYC area. I am confused about what my priorities should be for this move. I feel like I should be concentrating on schools near a large city for internship opportunities, my major is International Business, but should that priority over ride the quality of the program?
I like my classes/professors at SJU but culturally the school is not a great fit, not enough diversity (everyone seems to be from NY/NJ sort of feels like an extension of high school).

Also the transfer school needs to offer merit scholarships for transfer students... Fordham and the Ivy's are not an option.

I'm looking at PACE and Hofstra, but I'm having a hard time assessing the quality of the schools. Could I get some unbiased feedback comparing SJU/Hofstra/PACE Business programs? I'm concerned that as a MA native the CUNY schools are too expensive/not worth the $$ for out of state tuition.

My current GPA is a 3.6 going into my second semester/freshman year.

Hofstra has a better business school, and is a better school overall.
