Homeschooled - chances for SUNY Stony Brook?

Hi, I am homeschooled using Abeka Academy's DVD program. I will graduate in May, and I will have an official transcript and diploma from ABeka.

My courses this year in my senior year are:
Genesis / Revelation (... I know... they require Bible.. don't judge me :S )
English 12
Physics (Honors)
Speech 1 (one sem.) / Family/Cons Sciences (one sem. I wanted to take another language for the elective, but this class was the only one offered. I did not want the easy way out, lol.)
Precalculus (Honors)
American Government (one sem.) / Economics (one sem.)

I took the SAT back in March, and I did not score as well as I wanted to, especially in the Math. (Personally, I blame this on being introduced to Geometry late in my junior year, but whatever.) Only 450 in Math, 580 in Reading, and 570 in Writing. However, I did take the SAT again last week, and am waiting on my scores!

I will be taking the Biology, Chemistry, and US History SAT Subject Tests in November, and the ACT for the first time in December. I feel that taking these tests, as a homeschooled student, shows colleges that I do want to work hard.

I have allot of extracurricular activities.. mostly volunteering.. ( I volunteer up to 6 hours per week at a nursing home, each Sunday in church, many hours at the local library, etc.)

It is my desire to get into SUNY Stony Brook for pre-med studies. What are my chances of getting in? I appreciate any advice, comments, or questions you have for me.. thank you.

Can anyone give me a chance?

Sorry, but Im not really sure how homeschooling is looked upon by different schools. to get an idea I suggest you contact their admissions people and see whats up. The test scores being higher should be of importance since one can never tell how a grading scale works in a home environment (I may be wrong) but the SAT and ACT and SAT II are the main indicators of academic potential in this case.
