Honest chances at UCLA,UCSD,UCSB,UCI, & UCR

Hi, I'm a high school senior applying to some of the UC's .

-UC GPA: 4.05
Over 40 a-g classes

-4 AP classes:
APUSH-3
Calc AB/Bio/Chem: In progress

-Class Rank:11/145

-SAT: 1900 (CR: 680 Math: 600 Writing: 620)
-ACT: 27 Composite

-SAT Subjects:
Math 2: 680 (retaking next week but I don't think I'll do better)
Biology:620 (Also retaking, expecting significant increase)

-ECs - these are really weak because of a family situation that will be discussed in an essay.
Basketball 4 years
Key Club 4 years

Community Service: Over 300 hours, mostly in church-sponsored and church-related events

My essays will describe my father's battle with mental illness and his later death in my Junior year.

Note: For UCSD, I found a spreadsheet somewhere on this site and I calculated my points to 7910. If someone would like to double check that number, it would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance, honest input is appreciated.

Your SAT scores are going to drag you down as well as your ECs.

UCLA, UCB are reaches.

UCSD, if you have 7910, then your fine for that. Others are matches/low reaches.

However, if you play the illness and death card right, you might just get in! Chance me too?
