I'm soooooooooo lost, and totally panicking too,

Here's my brief profile,

Asian female in Canada applying for American universities as an international,
citizenship in Korea, landed immigrant in Canada,
this is my fourth year in Canada/Canadian education
and my school = small, local (emphasis on LOCAL), no AP or IB, no nothing.
..

GPA: 97%
courses: good marks on sciences and math 95-100 %, okay English 93 %
SAT: 690 CR, 730 Math, 710 W (took once in October, 2007)
and here's the thing.....
SAT 2: 710 Math2C, 610 Chem... -0-!!!!!!!!!
(first time in December, and what am I gonna do now....CHEM??)
I sort of expected Chem screw-up, but now I'm totally panicking. haha..

I have a couple volunteer experiences and club activities,
- School newspaper editor
- church youth worship team member/singer
- church youth chamber leader
- RCM piano level 9 (one more level, and i have a license to teach)
- band activities and choir,
- peer tutoring for 2 years,
- willowbrook church orchestra member
- candystirpping for 2 years at Memorial Hospital..
- possible, a tour guide in Animal Reservation.

And I'm currently considering 8 US colleges
1. Boston University,
2. Brandeis Uni,
3. Uni of Rochester,
4. NYU,
5. Uni of Wisconsin-Madison (only looks at SAT1? true?)
6. Uni. of Michigan Ann Arbot
7. George Mason University
8. Columbia university

I don't know if I have any chance at all to get into Columbia or NYU or Michigan, with 610 on CHEM? and as an international.
do you think it's worth trying though?
And i got one more question, if i take CHem in January (already
registered) and send the score, would they toss it out? or actually look at it?

It's been such a havoc for last 7 months, that's when i started thinking
about going to US, so... not much of preparation, but i'm here trying.
So please chance me with honesty.

And THANK YOU all for reading this, ^^
