What “perks” do freshman honors students get at northeastern compared to the regular admitted students?
I feel like this has been answered a million times on this site but here it goes again:
Nicer housing in IV - they are singles and doubles with a shared bath (which you clean yourself)
Taking a one credit welcome to honors class where you bond with other honors students and do some events
An honors advisor in addition to your regular advisor
Being able to take honors interdisciplinary classes
Being able to get into honors sections for introductory classes (these are usually significantly smaller and may eliminate the need for taking a recitation section)
Early move-in to align with honors team building days before other freshman move in
