A heard a rumor that student in Rutgers Honors College get special housing, different from other Rutgers students. Is this true?

Yes, I am a freshman in the honors program and it's true. There is an honors dorm on College Avenue (Brett Hall) and on Busch (McCormick Suites).

I recommend you check out the Honors Program website to check out what it offers, and if you can, to come to the Honors Day in the spring (that's what made me decide to come to Rutgers).

this is the general housing website:

McCormick is on Busch Campus and Brett is on College Ave.

The McCormick suites are really nice but from what I've seen, you tend to be mixed in with upper classmen, mostly sophmores. The suites themselves are really nice with large rooms, and your own bathroom is nice.

I've got friends in brett, and the place has no air conditioning. It sucks during the early fall and whatnot, but its not too bad. Otherwise, rooms are pretty small for two people. People are fun there.
