<p>Has anyone heard back from the Honors College yet? My son received confirmation that his application was received but hasn't heard anything else since. Any idea when the acceptances will be sent?</p>
<p>I got an email confirming they were reviewing, but no official response yet. I heard somewhere that they generally send the results approx. 6 weeks after your confirmation email, but I’m not sure.</p>
<p>I am so confused about what exactly Honors College does for a student. What is the difference between being an honors College student and a regular student?</p>
<p>Your are put on a more rigorous academic schedule, and usually take classes with similar students in honors. You also get specialized housing, and are have priority registration, which means you can sign up for classes before majority of the rest of people.
