Honors Program - Pros/Cons, benefits after college?

I got accepted into the honors program, but I'm not sure I want to go into it.

What are the major pros and cons? I know that you get to pick classes first, but is it really difficult to get the classes you want in the first place? (I'm an econ major, btw)

Also, how will the honors program be benefit me after undergrad? How beneficial is it when you're trying to get a job?

I think there are a lot of threads you can find that address this issue pretty exhaustively, but let me just make a quick comment:

The priority enrollment is an enormous advantage. Yes, it can be difficult to get the times you want for classes if you’re a freshman or sophomore. Priority enrollment means that you have complete control over your schedule.

What matters most of the time in obtaining a job is experience. You can most likely gain this with proper networking within the honors program.

I’ve bolded the “benefits” CHP claims that I believe will possibly help you in getting a job after college. I’m sure there’s benefits outside of this webpage that aren’t listed.
