Honor's programs?

<p>So the two colleges im mainly looking at are TCNJ and RUTGERS. My sister is in the rutgers honors program and i heard its really hard to get into. Does getting into one make a big different in your college career? suppose i get into both colleges, but only one offers me to enroll in the honors program should i automatically pick the honors offer?</p>
