I just got my acceptance (and scholarship notification) from OSU Honors & Scholars today to the International Affairs Scholar program.

Are there any other Honors/Scholars here? Will you go to OSU? I’m still not sure if I will, it’s cheaper because it’s in-state, but I’ll have to see where else I get accepted and what other $ I get.

I got into the Honors program. I want to go to OSU badly even though I have applied to and been accepted to more prestigious schools. I visited OSU and I loved it. I'm getting instate tuition BTW.

Well the honors program is very good, though I have one friend there who hates it, I've heard it's pretty nice--much better than being a regular OSU student.

I have heard that the best thing about being in the program is that you get to register ahead of other students. With the number of students at OSU, that's a serious advantage!

hey, n e one wanna tell me why i didnt even get into the scholars program? My stats were 1180, 27, and 3.8 gpa so i dont get it, I know the honors program was a competitve for me to get in cause u need a 1300/29 but the scholars was 1150 and 25 so ***??? lol. I should have gotten into atleast 1 out of the 2 scholars program i put down, W T F!?

Did anyone participate in the Maximus Scholarship Competition? They said that we should receive the results sometime this month. Has anyone heard anything from them?

i got maximus stuff i wanna say like last week or so... i also got a call from the director of the honors center saying that i won the medalist scholarship(full in-state tuition). oh. and i got into honors with my regular acceptance. i didn't even have to apply separately. weird, eh?

congrats monstercheese! i also received the medalist scholarship. i was kind of suprised because they only give out 30 of them. anyway, this makes my decision much harder. ohio state was my 2nd choice, but financially it will be my best offer.
