Honors Section of the Common App

I am kind of confused on what to put for the honors section because the explanations I have read so far for the section just seem really broad.
I want to look like a competitive applicant, but is it okay to put
1. AP Scholar
2. Placement in Science Olympiad Event
3. Placement in HOSA Event
4. Student of the Month / Student of the Year (I got nominated several times for several years)
5. Nomination Precollege Program / Leadership Program (don't know if this should go in awards or activities)

Also, is the 'Honors title' box where we briefly describe the honor we got?
If the above 5 I mentioned aren't good 'honors' to mention, what other honors would be acceptable?
Also, would being a member of NHS, Science National Honors Society, Spanish National Honors Society, and Mu Alpha Theta count as honors / look good on my application?
I have held/am currently holding a leadership/officer position in 3 of the 4 clubs mentioned above.

There are only 5 spots, so you should use the space wisely. Pool items if possible and list the most important ones first. National Honors Society can be put in either Honors or EC depending on the space available. If you are running out of space, put them in the additional information section if they cannot be listed as EC.
