<p>Hi guys, I have been hearing that many people have received an email from UCI inviting them to an Honors Student Event. I did not receive on so I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not they will send out more invitations over the course of February.</p>
<p>Hi Amber307. I was wondering the same thing as well. Maybe we have similar stats, and that’s why we have not yet received a notification. </p>

ACT single sitting: 32</p>
<p>None of my friends have received one either. I have only received an email about the Stanley Behrens Foundation Scholarship, which I believe every applicant received.</p>

But other posters in another thread have said that the email explicitly states that getting an invite is not the same thing as being accepted, so there’s no telling at this point. I’d really like to know the average stats of people who get into the campuswide honors program…</p>

<p>Yeah I called last week and they send they are sending their second batch of invites this week. Probably tomorrow. She said they just couldn’t send out invites to ALL the students at once. So hopefully, we will receive our invites tomorrow? or Sometime this week? My stats were:</p>

<p>So invites meaning those emails that are not guarantees of acceptance but simply informing about the honor day? When are the actual acceptances coming out?</p>

<p>I looked through past threads about this and the email is apparently not a mass email and those who received it were most likely in at Irvine. Unless there was a change this year?</p>
<p>Last week my son received the email saying to look out for the email invitation for CHP. Today the actual email invitation arrived with the sign up link. Just an FYI for all of us who appreciate any news.</p>

<p>I’ve looked in past posts, and many have said that students began receiving their admission results last year around the beginning of February. This makes me nervous knowing that the results are coming so soon! Good luck to all of you who hope to get admitted/hope to get Regents/CHP.</p>
<p>@oc0821 - I don’t know about previous years… but UC Irvine isn’t releasing decisions until March this year. They will come out in batches and finish by the end of March.</p>

I got a notification to look out for the official invitation on February 5th and the actual invitation today at 4pm. I hope that helps! Good luck :-)</p>
<p>Should I be concerned if I got the email earlier on Feb 5 but haven’t gotten a formal invitation? From former years, I heard that if you got the first informal invitation, it means you got in. I’m getting so anxious now!</p>

<p>I wish I could answer your questions, but I really have no idea. I haven’t heard of anyone receiving a Regents from UCI yet though.</p>
