<p>Are transfer students permitted to join the honors program also? I know in Florida where I'm a resident at U of F transfer students can't join the honor's program despite GPA or even if you were enrolled and graduated from the honors program at a Florida public CC. Just wondering if anyone knows how it works. Thanks</p>
