I got a senatorial nomination!! Just wondering, since I also have an LOA, does anyone know about when the appointment should come? (assuming it does, of course)
thanks!

If youare in texas, can i ask which senator gave you a nomination?

Ah, the beginning of the end. Please start doing fun things and don't stop until R-Day.

Marines4me got it right. Have fun because you won't being doing much of that for the next four years. If you decide to have a lot of fun, don't get caught.

megbee,

Congratulations! You certainly have a lot to cheer about. I recall last year the appointments seemed to be arriving 2-3 weeks after all info was into Admissions, including nominations. The holidays slowed things down for several applicants who didn't hear until early January.

Please let us know when it arrives. You may be able to help others know when they may expect to hear.

Kay Bailey Hutchison!

check west points candidate site to see whether they have received your nomination...you should see a little box in the right hand corner. If they have...it should be coming soon.

For Texas Senators: All Cornyn's nominations are out and known, Hutchison's are made (assuming) but not sent out yet.
