Hi guys currently a junior in high school any pointers to give me a better chance of making it into UM??
I’m applying early decision 2 for sure !!

Why are you not applying Early Decision 1? If I were you, I would try and show demonstrated interest in the school, (they consider demonstrated interest in the school) as follows:

  1. Visit the school and sit in on a class

  2. Contact the UM Admissions rep for your region so they know that UM your no. 1 choice

  3. Write a compelling Common App Essay and

  4. Do well on your Standardised Tests
