Horrible Math Curve!

3 wrong, 0 blank, = 720. ouch

same thing here :[

I wish they would stick to the one listed in the SAT bulletin, so we at least have something to go by/expect. It sucks that we have no say in what they do at all...it's just a business/not a government. Sigh...

I got the same thing in March, it's pretty typical. Quit whining about the curves

1 wrong, 1 blank...

750

How about 3 wrong, 0 blank = 710? It freaking sucks.

the 3 wrong, 0 omit 720 thing happened to me in january. it seems to be a common thing for cb to do.

Wow, I thought the May curve was bad.

5 wrong / 0 blank : 740

alessandro ur very lucky, i got 3 more right than u and got the same score. im bitter.

I got a 760 with 2 wrong and 1 omit. To be fair though, I thought the SAT math was extremely easy compared to practice tests I had taken.

i've had really funny results with math:
(i never leave any blank)
test 1: 760 -3
test 2: 790 -3
test 3: 780 -1

Damn, the May curve was pretty nice. I assume that the questions were, overall, more difficult, but I think I'd rather have that than a bunch of easy questions (which are also easy to make dumb mistakes on) and a crazy curve.

710 to 650 to 800...

...i was just more focused =). These are all one month apart with the except of 710 which was in jan.

2 wrong, 1 blank: 710; and I thought this would be a 740...looks like I'll be retaking...

wow nba... same thing (2 wrong, 1 omit) and i'm a 720...

is this math ic or iic?

Mr. "mathwiz", this is the SAT I Math section.

i missed 5 and got a 680.
kinda surprised about missing that many...
I had to erase about 7 answers and re-bubble though, because I skipped one and didn't catch it.

hah. I'm too frugal (poor) to pay for a hand-score.

Edit: I actually missed 4 instead of 5 and got a 740. Still, I feel lucky as compared to what some of you got with better raw scores. How can colleges determine ability / knowledge with this type of scoring?

i missed 3 and got a 760 so I feel pretty lucky too...
but the test was so simple i should've gotten an 800. it's sad that a few dumb mistakes can take away so many points...!
