I have an interview at a hospital for a volunteer position. What questions should I expect? What should I wear? I'm a girl. I was thinking black dress pants but what else? Thanks so much!!!(:

If you don’t have a criminal record you have nothing to worry about. Don’t stress about it. The interviewer will probably be really nice because s/he understands that this will be the first interview for a lot of teenagers. In fact, treat it as practice for real world interviews but nothing more. Black pants and a blouse is fine.

By the way, it is going to be a group interview.

I don’t how formal your hospital’s interview will be. Mine was a group interview with questions like why do you want to volunteer here, what do you think you will learn.
It’s an interview for volunteering, not a job interview.
I don’t about your hospital, but when I had my interview I wore what I had on for school that (jeans and a jacket). Nothing formal, really.
They asked questions like what you like to do, why you want to volunteer here, what you think you will gain, and other questions that can help them know you better. As long as you can think quickly and can answer similar questions like the ones above, I think you will be fine. I didn’t even prepare since I didn’t know what I should do anyway. What’s the worst that can happen anyway?

Watch out for your cellphone though. Hope you get what I mean. And don’t be tardy! Very important!

Tell me how it is after you have done it.

Thanks! The hospital told me we have to dress professionally. No jeans were allowed. Pretty strict. lol. So what is a group interview like? I’m really nervous! How many people were there?
