Hotel SChool-Where to find related jobs in high school

<p>Hi! My dream is to get into Cornell’s hotel school. i heard that even with pretty great test scores, you’re still not considered a strong candidate, but if you have average scores and grades, but work experience, you are a very very very strong candidate. So I was wondering where people found hotel related jobs in high school? All of the hotels around my are won’t let high schooler’s work there. And I heard a waitressing job wasn’t enough. So i guess:</p>

<li><p>where did you find it? (like what company, restaurant, etc.)</p></li>
<li><p>any requirements to get you that job? </p></li>
<li><p>your stats for getting into hotel school. (doesn’t need to be too detailed!)</p></li>

<p>mayb try asking a manager or director if you could apprentice under him/her to gain valuable experience so that u can prusue ur dream. be persistent</p>
