Housing Application

My boys are at UF and UCF. Hard to compare experiences, because my oldest wasn't in the Honors Program at UF for long, and he didn't live in the dorms there. BUT, for what it's worth, at UCF, my son has 3 Honors classes (speech, econ, and english 2 - they're only supposed to have 2 Honors classes per semester, so I don't know how that happened) and there are fewer than 20 in each of those classes. If your child hasn't looked at UCF, you might want to apply, and then compare programs, money (UCF has a lot more merit aid) and housing, and see what would make a better fit, all around, for your child. Average SAT in the Honors College at UCF is over 1300 this year.

That said, my oldest, despite his ups and downs at UF, bleeds orange and blue, and wouldn't be anywhere else.
