<li><p>only honors students can apply for honors housing...even if you do, considering that most honors students WILL apply for honors housing makes your chances very slim.</p></li>
<li><p>i have no idea, but i'm thinking as much as you want...i've already changed mine about 20 times. (just the order of the dorms, though.)</p></li>
