Housing Option: URGENT! PLEASE HELP!

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I'm new to this forum and I will be an FPF student this upcoming Fall. I was offered a Unit 3 double but I really wanted Unit 1 so I talked to Housing and they were able to find me a Unit 1 double. However, this double is something called a green room. Apparently, it allows for a more sustainable environment and better living conditions but from time to time there will be people in your dorm on tours seeing the "green room." Also, my roommate will be a sophomore, not a freshmen. Does anyone know more about this?</p>

<p>So now I'm stuck. My deadline is tomorrow and I have to decide between unit 3 and unit 1. Any ideas?</p>

<p>I got Unit 1 Double, which is what I wanted, but I got it with a drawback? or is the green room a benefit?</p>

<p>What would you choose? Unit 3 Double or Unit 1 Double Green Room?</p>

<p>Sophomore roommate means nothing.</p>

<p>People tour the halls anyway, it’s just that now you’re pre-signing consent for them to look at your room rather than having them ask you as part of the opt-in program they do for everyone else.</p>

<p>Plus it’s apparently a nicer room.</p>

<p>…I really don’t understand how this is a question, but then again, I don’t know that I’d’ve anticipated being told that they tour people around pretty much everywhere and that you’re asked if you want to volunteer your room for getting looked at regardless of where you live.</p>
