It looks like I'll be admitted to the Sophomore class instead of Junior, given that some of the classes I've taken will be combined..

Are the housing options limited by which class you're admitted to, or will they take age into account?

If I end up attending, I want to live on or close to campus, but I don't really want to live with a bunch of 18 and 19 year olds. I'm 25, and I don't think it would be good environment for me.

I'm still trying to work out some housing issues here. When I thought I had been rejected, I sort of solidified my living arrangements for the next academic semester figuring I'd be taking classes here.. Anyone have any ideas if transfers are able to defer enrollment if for some reason I can't get things straightened out?

You might consider Rams Village Apartments. It’s campus owned, apartment style and tends to attract older students. It’s kind of far from the heart of campus (It right behind Hinton James, the farthest dorm from north campus). It’s not an impossible walk. Just around a half mile, but there’s a killer hill.

There are however several buses that have stops there that can take you to classes in the morning.

Yeah, after looking it seems like Odum Village or Rams Village are where I’d be interested in. I don’t know how they prioritize who gets accepted there… hopefully it’s not just by class status, but age is taken into account.

I’d really prefer to have a single, but I know that’s a luxury for on campus living.
