Housing options for Transfers?

Hey, I was wondering how Housing for Transfer students work.

Do we get to pick which campus we prefer to live on?

If so, does anyone know which campus would be closest to Rutgers New Brunswick - School of Arts and Sciences? (Livingston, Busch, Cook/Douglass, College Avenue)

If its like Freshman you rank the campus order - sooner they get your housing deposit better chance of getting the campus you want. SAS class location depends on your major. Different majors are primarily on different campuses. What will you major in?

Thanks for the info, I’ll be majoring in Biology.

I asked a few friends from Rutgers and they recommended Busch and Livingston for SAS, so I just wanted to make sure, etc.

But then again, since there are buses, does it really matter which campus you live on? Or is it more of the social aspects?

Busses can get you anywhere but they do get crowded. Each campus is different socially. College ave has the frats. Busch has a lot of science, pharm, engineering students. livingston has a lot of freshman housing.
