<p>It said on the list of campus housing that Russell is a drug free and alcohol free dorm. How is this different than any other freshman dorm?</p>

<p>i assume its just to get like minded individuals who don't wish to be around drugs and alcohol together. obviously the university doesnt condone the usage, but that has never stopped anyone before.</p>
