So I received my acceptance letter on Thursday...and now I'm trying to fill out my housing application. When it gets to 'Optional Living and Learning Programs' (keyword: optional) it says to either choose Tiger Den, which is the transfer program that houses me in Calhoun Courts, or to pick the option 'I do not wish to select a program for this choice'. When I hit continue, it takes me to the screen where I'm supposed to fill out my housing preferences, but there are no options...just another continue button. The final screen before you're supposed to submit the application has an overview, and under the space preferences, mine says 'None'. I called, and I was told that I had to pick the Tiger Den LLC or I wouldn't be put in housing...but then why is it optional? If I don't do this, will I really not get housing? Can I not get Lightsey, Thornhill, etc.? Or is the Tiger Den LLC a good option? There isn't much listed about it anywhere, and I don't feel comfortable signing up for something without really knowing too much about it.

I can’t exactly answer your question but I know they had an overwhelming response for on-campus housing this year and I was unable to get any on-campus housing for next academic year. That being said I’m guessing that Lightsey (most popular choice) and Thornhill are completely full and they are just holding on to spots in Calhoun Courts for transfer students

i was recently accepted this past thursday. when i go to apply for housing this fall, the only application avalible is for summer 2012. i am calling housing tomorrow.

yeah that would probably be a good idea

housing is closed
