<p>I'm a female in ERC and I like my privacy so I've thought about getting a single dorm, but I enjoy having people around at certain times! </p>
<p>I'm worried that if I get a single, I'll get left out of the whole dorm-friends-social thing, but at the same time, I'm worried that if I get a double, I'm going to hate my roommate. :(</p>
<p>What are your suggestions?</p>
<p>Since it's ERC, the dorms are modeled to utilize the commons area quite a bit, so you'll always see a lot of your suitemates in the living room area so long as they're not all hermits.</p>
<p>Suites = social design no matter what size your room is.</p>
<p>SINGLE! just make sure you don't get a single at the apartments if you're worried about "friend-social" stuff</p>
<p>On the ERC floorplan, it shows that the singles are all at the very end, which may cause isolation? I don't know. I like my privacy so I think I'm going to get a single!</p>
