Housing with air conditioning!?!?

<p>Hey Everyone,</p>

<p>SO I am trying to decide on housing if I go to UNC. Because I know when I make my decision to go to whichever college I have to sign up for housing ASAP to get a decent dorm.
I am going to be a freshman, so I kinda want to live in like Craige North of Eringhaus? Wish Morrison but I dont think I have any chances of getting in there now.</p>

<p>So here is my simple question..do those have air conditioning? Because if they don't that might change my decisions, I'm from Florida so I am pretty used to air conditioning lol</p>

<p>If anyone knows ALL dorms with or without air conditioning, that would be extremely helpful thank you!!</p>

<p>This is the list I compiled for myself (I agree, air conditioning is a big deal!). This contains most of the dorms (I left a few out), and all information is from the housing website.</p>

<p>No problem :smiley: I have no idea, but I’m trying to choose ones with A/C (HVAC is the best though!)</p>

<p>Morrison, the manning west, and the manning east are the best communities to live in, in my opinion at least.</p>

<p>As long as you put in your housing request by May 15, you have an equal chance of getting the dorm you want. They don’t give priority to those who register for housing first.</p>

<p>edit: The manning west community is Hardin and Craige North and the manning east community is Horton and Koury, just in case you didn’t know! You choose your preferences by communities.</p>

<p>By the time the class of 2014 enrolls, every room on campus will have air conditioning. The only two that don’t have full air-conditioning now are Eringhaus and Craige, and they will both be getting it this summer!</p>

<p>Old East and Old West now have Central AC.</p>
