how many years does berkeley promise housing?
i got a springadmit and I know that most get it(housing) for spring but they say Second year is promised..How bout 3rd?

<p>Well, I wouldn't say that Berkeley student housing is overpriced. I think that all housing in the city of Berkeley, whether dorms or not, tend to be overpriced. But that's just the SF Bay Area for you.</p>

<p>There's no way that 4 years could be guaranteed for housing. Berkeley does not have the student housing capacity to offer that. </p>
<p>I don't think it's that bad to live off-campus.</p>
