Anyone still looking for housing for this coming year? We moved out of our suite at the Rise at Northgate so a 5 bedroom is now available for this coming year. Would love someone to take it as we are still on the hook for rent until it is re-leased.
Should have mentioned that there is nothing wrong with the place, in fact it is a great place to live and very close. However, we are moving into a house with friends.
Lastly, our rent agreement is for $875 per month and is on top floor unit. This includes parking in the garage below. If anyone wants to come in with others the space is still available!
