The housing contracts just came out, and i was given a room in the Alice Lloyd Hall - Hill Neighbourhood.
Is it socially active ? How far are the engineering buildings from there ? does it have a good gym near by ?

Also, how far is it from North Campus and Central Campus ?
It’s a bus ride to North Campus but there’s probably a stop really close to Alice Lloyd. The CCRB (gym) is really really close, as in it may be the closest dorm to the gym. Central Campus is an easy walk (5-10) min depending on which classroom bldg. As for socially active? I don’t know.
It is very close to CCRB but it is definitely not the closest dorm to CCRB. It is excellent in location as it is a few blocks away from the “socially active” core region and yet it is just a short walking distance. Are you an incoming freshmen? If you are, most of your classes would still be in the central campus.
yup @billcsho im an incoming freshman. Would you say this is overall a good dorm ?
@ss124081 It is a GREAT dorm. You will like it and you will like it even more if you are facing the field.
The bus stop is right outside the door on the corner…and the Hill Dining Center is right next door in MoJo…All the hill dorms are a coup…Congrats!
