Freshman PSAT: 159
Sophomore PSAT: 174
Sophomore SAT: 1840
Junior PSAT: 198
Junior SAT: 1970

Junior PSAT - 190

Junior SAT - 2220

Relatively no studying too…just looked at a list of grammar points for writing and practiced a few CR’s. I think I got lucky

Sophomore PSAT = 176 (R65 + M56 + W57)
Junior PSAT = 186 (R65 + M62 + W59)

March SAT = 1720 (590 + 590 + 540) EVERYTHING went down. Way down. :(

Not at all:
Junior PSAT: 202 (CR65 M65 W72)
Junior SAT March: 2270 (CR790 M690 W790)

Same amount of studying for both times

PSAT: 225 (first and only time taking it)
SAT: 2400 (also first and only time)

A lot of change there, but I’m really really happy about it. I studied for the SAT, but I took the PSAT without looking at any review problems so that might be it. Now I’ve got to worry about APs and SAT IIs but I’m glad I don’t have to take the SAT over.

PSAT Sophmore Year - Somewhere around 190, don’t remember.
PSAT Junior Year - 234
SAT Junior Year - 2320

So, pretty good indicator for me.

Junior PSAT: 238

Junior SAT: 2380 (790 CR, 790 M, 800 WR –*12 on essay, 80 on MC :D)

I think that’s an exact correlation right there… :P

Sophomore PSAT: 182
Junior PSAT: 197
Junior March SAT: 2090

hopefully the upward trend will continue and i can get to a 2200 by the May SAT

PSAT (Soph) - 62(CR), 66(M), 65(W) - 193
PSAT (Junior) - 65(CR), 78(M), 63(W) - 206
SAT (Junior) - 710 (CR), 800(M), 770(W) - 2280

Duke TIP (7th grade) SAT-
1110/1600

Sophomore PSAT-1830

Junior PSAT-1930

Junior SAT-2110 (750 CR, 680 M, 680 W)

Junior PSAT - 213 , 80 CR , 64 M, 69 W
1’st SAT - 710 CR, 610 M, 640 R (ahhh!!!)
2’nd SAT - 800 CR, 710 M, 670 R (sigh of relief)

It predicted well imo, way better than the PLAN (I got a 27 PLAN and 34 ACT).

PSAT (soph) - 202
SAT (october, junior year) - 2250
PSAT (junior) - 216
SAT (march, junior year) - 2330

I was strong at CR though (74 on my soph PSAT). Math and writing are easier to learn.

Only a 40 point difference…

PSAT: 226
SAT: 2220

(wishes the scores were reversed)

Duke TIP in 7th grade - 1290 out of 2400 (lol)
9th grade PSAT - 159
10th grade PSAT - 179

All of that was w/o any practice whatsoever.

psat: 218
sat: 2230
PSAT was way harder for me…

Sophomore PSAT: 195
Junior PSAT: 196 (hahaha I improved so much)

Junior SAT (taking it again in May though): 2150

Junior PSAT: 196
Junior SAT (Jan): 2210

REALLY poor prediction…

OKay so normally on a test day, I get sleep the night before and my mother fixes me a breakfast, so I don’t get hungry, and I wear comfortable clothes. What can I say? I like my traditions. On the morning of the PSAT, we forgot I was even having it, and I bombed it. I also don’t like surprises. Obviously, my test scores don’t correlate, but we’ll see how it goes when it actually counts during my Junior year. I’ll be taking a college math class at the local community college, so I expect to boost my score quite a bit.

Sophomore PSAT = 179 (CR 68, M 46, W 65)
Sophomore SAT=2060 (CR 780, M 630, W 650)

For son:
PSAT: 203
1st SAT: 2140
2nd SAT: 2170

For daughter:
PSAT: 213
SAT: 2080

Very good prediction, for me, at least.
PSAT: 215
SAT: 2150
I studied for the SAT, which I took before the PSAT (which I didn’t study for…)
