How am I doing so far?

<p>Hi everyone, i'm interested in attending a few of the top schools in the nation. Please keep in mind my school doesn't offer many AP courses until senior year, and even then, it is still limited to AP Stats and AP Calculus. My freshman GPA was 3.3, but I had a few deaths in the family. Here is my plan for HS.</p>

<p>Sophomore Year (Current):
Honors English- A
Honors Algebra II - A
Career Ed - A
Accelerated Chemistry - A
Geometry - A (Doubled up on maths)
Spanish II - A
Phys Ed. - A</p>

<p>Junior Year:
Honors English
Advanced Math and Trigonometry (Pre Cal)
Honors Biology II and Honors Physics (Doubling up on Sciences)
Spanish III
Honors Psychology </p>

<p>Senior Year:
AP Statistics and AP Calculus
Anatomy and Physiology
AP English / Honors English
Spanish IV</p>

<ul>
<li>I will be taking multiple ACT practice tests to ensure a 30+ score. I'm testing right now as a Sophomore and getting a 28!</li>
</ul>

<p>Extra Curriculars:
Math Team, WYSE (Worldwide Youth Science and Engineering), National Honors Society, Student Council, Robotics, College Prep classes at Northwestern University, Biochemistry Internship program at RUSH Hospital, Piano</p>

<p>Assuming I keep my 4.0 through all the years, and finish all Extra Curriculars, am I on track to go to: University of Chicago, Northwestern University, UPenn, John's Hopkins, University of Michigan, UC Berkeley and similar schools?</p>

<p>It’s really hard currently to tell your chances, considering you are only a sophomore and have not officially taken the ACT or SAT. I’d say keep on doing what you are doing. In a year from now, it will be easier to gauge what schools you will have a good chance at getting into. Sophomore and Junior Years are important. It looks like you are doing good so far.</p>
