I'm a high school junior and I'm just wondering how to calculate the weighted GPA of my classes for University of Chicago, specifically. (Honors/AP classes)

Do they only accept 8 semesters like UCs, or do they accept all of the AP/Honors classes? Also, would they count senior year in the GPA? Since the apps will be in before grades are out, it doesn't make much sense.

Lastly, if you get accepted, is there still a possibility of getting kicked out for bad senior grades? (UCs kick students if they get less than C in senior year)

They are calculated however your school calculates it. U of C takes into account the schools calculation of your GPA and examines how exactly your abilities are reflected. They probably look at your rank, or the type of classes you took, etc.

They take as many grades as you send them to decide whether or not you got in. So if you sent in the grades of your first term in Senior year, that will help.

And yes, like all schools, there is a possibility of being kicked out.

Also...how did you manage to vulgarize chicago?
