How are you studying for the Jan 22 SAT?

Now that the Dec 3 SAT takers have finished their studying, how will you prepare, if you're taking the January test?

As of now, I just need to learn CR vocab, so I'm reading Direct Hits like gospel. Please share your action plan :) Good luck, fellow CCers!

My friends all say they will cram in everything during winter break for a 2300+ :)

Definitely utilizing winter break for intense studying. I would take a couple of practice tests from the blue book and review answers. You have to train yourself to be comfortable with the test and to make sure you get a good night sleep before the big day.

I prefer Barrons and CB’s Blue Book.
Good Luck :)

I just got my 1st SAT yesterday, and I feel that I was no so good on it. So i want to take in again in January. I’m going to scrutinize DH at first, and solve some problems that i could not solve yesterday…and…i dont know. Any advices?)

I’ll take some practice tests over Winter Break and compose some practice Essays, but probably not much more than that.

Yeah took Dec SAT not good
I was sick all night before the test
so my brain was fried… i’m retaking January
is it true colleges don’t look at Oct or Nov scores?

Lots and lots of practice tests! I took the Dec SAT last Saturday, but I don’t think I did all too well :</p>

My plan is to focus on one section every two weeks, first with Math, then Writing, then Critical Reading.

Btw, nice username! We must be twins ;)
