How badly can this hurt my chances for Chicago...

I'm currently in AP Biology, and I want to drop it... BADLY!

Short Version:
I missed about one and a half months of the class so far, and will miss another month total in the coming weeks. I'm stressed and am really struggling to maintain my current C, hoping to miraculously pull it up to a B by end of semester but I doubt it will happen.

Long Version:
My school messed up my class schedule the first day of school, and because of their "no teacher shopping" policy, they refused to let ANYONE get schedule changes the first 3 weeks of school. They ended up giving me Art of Film (a class where you sign a waiver and watch R-rated movies to fulfill your art requirement) instead of my AP Bio class. When I was finally able to get a schedule change, I was missing about one month of AP Bio. The teacher gave a huge summer assignment (about 6-8 chapters worth of reading, notes, and questions) and I finished it of course, but he also tested the students on the material we were supposed to have learned the first day of school. Needless to say I really bombed that because he gave it to me the day I entered the class and I hadn't really reviewed the material in over a month since it was a summer assignment. A couple weeks after that, I came down with a really bad case of the flu (literally bedridden for a week, and was unable to eat for 3 or so days) so I missed another week of class. The weekend of the week I was sick, I had a UCLA MUN conference (joy, since I could barely stand let alone shout over 200 delegates lol). A week after that I had to miss another week of class for my AP Environmental Science field research trip...

Right now my teacher decided to give the class our final a week ahead of schedule (aka on the 21st). I have an MUN conference this weekend so that leaves no time for studying except over the school days leading up to the final. Mondays I'm not home until 10 pm, so I have Tues & Weds to study, but with an AP Calc BC test scheduled the same day amongst other things, I really don't think I'm going to do better than a C on the bio final. Additionally, on the 25th I have Berkeley MUN position papers due, so I am feeling really stressed and crunched for time.

Getting down to business (sorry for the long spiel/rant btw), I was hoping to drop AP Bio after this semester since I have BIGGER MUN conferences (international ones) and more field research for AP Environmental Science scheduled for second semester in addition to several religious retreats since I'm sort of in charge of the Confirmation II students at my church... Would dropping AP Bio negatively affect my chances at Chicago (it's my first choice), and for that matter other schools? My school counselor told me to suck it up because it was a series of "events and choices," but I was wondering what the rest of you think? I don't want to relive this experience next semester, but if it means potentially losing my chance at Chicago, then of course I'd suck it up... although I would be some lifeless zombie by the time June rolls around (and with pretty much straight B's rather than A's lol)...
