I've been doing and am almost done with my 10 pounds of summer work and online classes so I have a good 3 weeks free. I'd appreciate any help so I can get ahead of what should be a fairly difficult sophomore year.

I'm taking:

Pre-Calc H
AP Bio (no previous Chem experience so I'd like to know what I should know)
AP Macro
AP Gov
AP Psych (self)
English 2 H
APUSH

Check out AP Exam prep books (I recommend Barron’s (for Bio at least) and My Max Score (for APUSH and AP Gov) and you can get started on learning some of the general concepts on the AP exams. Also check out the CollegeBoard website for a list of need-to-know concepts in each class. For my Bio class, I needed little background in chemistry. In fact the chemistry concepts and labs done in AP Bio were super easy compared the Honors Chem class I took the year before.

I have taken Pre-Calc, AP Bio, AP GOv, and APUSH, so let me know if you need more specifics about any of those.

I was stressing a bit about the Honors Chem because it was a requirement that the Department Head waived as she knew it didn’t really apply to AP Bio, but still I worried a bit.

That link for Pre-Calc was perfect! I never knew that there were free courses that I could use to get ahead. I’ll definitely use AMSCO as well. BTW - those videos are awesome. Tell me how the crash course is!

I got 5 Steps to a 5 for AP Bio, is that fine?

Try MIT OCW. I’ve learned so much physics by watching doing most of the courses, taking notes, and reading a textbook. You can definitely find what you need on there.
